Cancellation Policy.

If you cancel 2 weeks before your stay, your bond/deposite ($200) will not be refundable.

Only exceptions will be for NAtuRal Disasters or High Fire danger days.

If you did pay your accomodation money in full 2 weeks before your stay and have to cancel, you will be refunded your accomodation money in full but not your bond/deposite money.

if you have paid your accomodation money in full 2 weeks or less before your stay and there is a person or people from your group that can’t attend their accommodation money will not be refunded.
